Nike Mercurial Vapor Yellow / Gold

If you watched any football this weekend the chances are you saw a striking new colourway from the Nike Mercurial Vapor range – a (very) bright yellow and gold colourway. The professionals are wearing this brand new colourway ahead of its official launch date at the beginning of Jan 2010, but you can pre-order them now from Just Socca.

Gabby Agbonlahor was wearing this brand new colourway whilst scoring the winning goal against Man Utd this weekend, whilst over in Spain Zlatan Ibrahimovic and team mate Pedro wore them whilst helping Barcelona to a 1-0 win over Espanyol. All the normal qualities of the Mercurial Vapor exist in this new yellow and gold colourway, so you still get a super lightweight boot, available as the standard Mercurial Vapor or as the even lighter Vapor Superfly.

Not the colourway for a player who wants to blend in, but they look really good out on the pitch – what do you think of them?
